- What does a founding membership include?
- A permanently reduced rate, priority access to new features and a direct line to our product team. Founding members help decide which integrations and templates we build next.
- Do I need a credit card for the trial?
- No. You can explore the full product during the trial period without payment details. Only when you choose a plan do we ask for billing information.
- Can I cancel or change my plan?
- Yes, at any time. Monthly plans can be cancelled per month; annual plans run until the end of the term. Upgrading or downgrading between solo and team plans is self-service.
- Is AI Extension affiliated with Loxone?
- No. AI Extension is an independent platform built by and for Loxone Partners. We are not affiliated with Loxone Electronics, which keeps us free to put your workflow first.
